  For a start let me say that there's no one more anxious about a visit to the dentist than I am. I was made to feel very relaxed by Cheryl, The Dentist, and her staff. They also offer periodic dental hygiene check-ups which I certainly will be booking in from now on. Another thing I really liked was their text messaging service to remind you about your appointment, these days with our busy lives it’s so easy to lose track of the when’s and where’s. I would highly recommend The Family Smile.

  I have been to many dentist in the past, there is no comparison to the time and thought Dr Cheryl takes when it comes to making the right decisions for your teeth. If you are afraid of going to the dentist do not hesitate to go to the The Family Smile, they make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

  I now go to the dentist regularly as I have the upmost confidence and trust in Dr Chery Koh and her team at the Family Smile. Always knowing how best to proceed while still listening to the clients concerns shows a commitment to customer service of the highest level.
  
  I have had my wisdom teeth removed and have just had a tooth extracted and both procedures were without complications, stress, pain or discomfort.
  
  I can't recommend them more highly than to say I will be continuing to go to the Family Smile and I recommend them often to my colleagues and friends.

  I have been visiting Dr Cheryl Koh at The Family Smile for 18 months now. I have always been apprehensive about dental visits, but I must admit that Cheryl has always put me at ease.
  On Monday, September 5, 2016, I attended The Family Smile for the extraction of a Wisdom Tooth - and I was certainly not looking forward to sitting in 'that chair'. Well, as the result of that visit I sent the following email message to the Surgery:
  
  "Please advise Cheryl that she is the best dentist in the world!!
  
  At this time, nearly 24 hours after the extraction - no pain or discomfort, no bleeding, no medication required and a wonderful night's sleep.
  
  In fact she was so good, that unless she had told me, I wouldn't have known that the tooth was out."
